Just tried installing appscriber, but installer can't find SQL Server :-( Can't select the SQL Server, is there a workaround?
System Specs: (VMware Workstation 7) Windows Server 2008 R2 SQL Server 2008 SP1 (x64) Roles: DC/IIS App-V Management Server installed with local database

Hmm... While we set up a Server 2008 R2 + Sql Server 2008 SP1 test environment, can you send me a verbose installation log file? Also, just to make sure: you're using the x64 installer, right?

For anyone else following this thread: We were able to reproduce the issue in our test environment, and it seems as if this issue is caused by the 64-bit installer looking for some information in the 32-bit registry.
We have a workaround and are working with Patrick to see if that fixes it in his environment as well.

To All whom were reading this topic. Arnout managed to succesfully instruct me how to solve this issue :-). Immidio will make sure this workaround is not needed in the new version of appscriber
