HI All
We have Flex profile 5 on Citrix server (windows 2003), running based on the mandatory profile.
I've just upgraded the IE6 to IE8 and found that no user can save a password.
I have found that when user logs in to same server, password is saved but when user logs in to different server, user's saved password is no longer there.
(BTW, COOKIE folder is redirected to network share)
I have
ENABLE_PASSWORDS=1
ENABLE_CERTIFICATES=1
in framework.ini
and HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Currentversion\Profilelist, has been set with authenticated user 'set value' permission.
It still does not remember the password....
Can anyone see if I have missed any folders or settings?

Hi James,
We don't exactly know what is going wrong with the IE passwords om Flex Profile 5, but we tested it in Flex Profiles Advanced and there it's working. Maybe you could download the trial version of Flex Profiles Advanced and try if this is also working for you.

Hi,
We have exactly the same problem with IE8, password are not saved. We use Flex Profil v6 (6.1.0.70) on 7 servers which are used in microsoft load balance. So user are on different servers all days...

Hi Kisscool,
It's necessary within Immidio Flex Profiles Advanced 6.1 that you turn on "Password Support" in the Flex Profiles Advanced ADM template. Also you have to select in the Flex Profiles Advanced Administrator console the option: Internet Explorer 7 and 8 - Autocomplete Passwords.

Hi James,
This option was selected... And that's not a gpo from IE beacause i test it with users without gpo.
