Hi,
We are trying to setup our Citrix server with Flex Profile kit 5.1. We followed the instructions by settings up a mandatory profile etc. Flex is running fine and storing everything we need, but somehow the typedurls in IE are not saved.
When we investegate the problem futher we noticed that IE is not storing the information in de register. So the problem is not in Flex but I think in the mandatory profile. When I set some url in the register manually it will showup in IE and Flex will save it.
Does anybody had experience with this behavior of IE in combination with mandatory profiles??

Hi Thunnissen,
I've tested it on Flex Profiles Advanced with the following settings, could you Add/Replace you Internet Explorer settings with:
[IncludeRegistryTrees] HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings HKCU\Software\Microsoft\IdentityCRL\
And test it again ?

Well I gues that the ini file no the problem is. When a user types an url in IE, the url is not stored in the register. Normally every url you type in is stored in the register typedurl, that is not happening now. So I can set those url in the FPK, but when there is nothing in the register then there is nothing to copy.
My gues is that the mandatory profile is the problem, but I can't figure what is wrong with it. The users have the nessary right at the register key, so they are able to right values in there. Even if I add an url manually in the typedurl key, it's immediately showed in IE.
