Im new to this forum and new to using Flex. I've recently inherited a site that has implemented Flex. The problem is that one of the user's applications uses Adobe Air. When the user logs off and logs back on, all of the Web-based form information isn't saved and is lost when he logs back on. He has to rekey all the information in over again. This is becoming really frustrating to fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated in resolving this problem. Thanks in advance.

Hi Thunter,
Could you tell me what version of Flex Profiles you're using, and what application is using Adobe Air ?

Hi Raymond,
They are using Flex version 4.0 with Flex Framework 1.0. The application is a offline home loan app called COLA (Commonwealth Bank Offline Application. They uwe is to apply for loans offline, then submit them via the banks website. The executable has a .air extension.

Hi Thunter,
Normally Adobe Air stores his user/login data under: "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\AIR\ELS" Could you try to capture this directory an see if the problem is solved ?

I forgot to mention that they have Some redirected folders. Application Data is redirected. The .INI file that I have for capturing Adobe Air is <App Data>\Adobe\Air
Do I still use the path you've indicated?

Hi Thunter,
You're talking about Form Data, normally Form Data is saved under Internet Explorer settings. In Flex Profiles 6.1 we have a function to save that automatically.
You can download a trial version of Flex Profiles 6.1 here.
