Dear,
We are now trying to get a Amersfoort look and feel on the Appscriber tool. However, one thing is too difficult for me. Can you help me?
In the request mail (and its subject) I want to change the [*UserName*] into de display name as mentioned in our AD.When I change UserName in [*DisplayName*] I only see this as a tekst, and not the value mentioned in de AD.
Can you give me an answer?

Hans,
The current version of AppScriber only supports the 5 placeholders that are listed on page 35 of the documentation. I'll see if we can pick this up as an enhancement for the next version.

Ik zoek me een rotje naar die genoemde documentatie. Kan ik die van je krijgen? Ik heb nog een andere vraag, maar daar maak ik een nieuwe draad voor aan.
