On about 10% of our PC's we are experiencing an issue that the users get's an critical error message: Windows has encountered a critical problem and will restart automatically in one minute. Please save your work now.
The issue occurs if the user logs on to our 2003 based citrix servers and when in the office they login to our Windows 7 x64 workstations.
In 50% of the time the issue can be resolved by deleting the Windows Settings.Zip, for the other 50% we need to delete the entire .V2 profile.
The evenlog reports the following error. Een essentieel systeemproces, C:\Windows\system32\lsass.exe, is mislukt met statuscode c0000374. De computer moet opnieuw worden opgestart.
A quick Google pionted my to the following MS forum post: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itprogeneral/thread/f5f44b82-b0cc-4813-8199-62964f386500/ Unfortunately the suggested registry fix didn't resolve my issues.
