I am having issues capturing all of the necessary files/keys for Outlook 2010 running on Windows 7. I seem to be missing some files or reg keys as I am asked to create a new profile when launching outlook on another computer. Any help with which files/keys need to be captured would be greatly appreciated. The user accounts are using IMAP. Thank you.

Hi dsmith1130,
What version of Flex Profiles are you using ? Because since version 7 and higher we provide templates to save the settings from Office.
