- Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: Immidio Flex Profiles 64 Bit. Product Version: 7.0.2.28. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Immidio. Installation success or error status: 1603.
- Product: Immidio Flex Profiles 64 Bit -- Installation failed.
These errors are dispayed in "Application Event Log" as I try to install the Flex Profiles 7.0.2 to Windows server 2008 R2 remote desktop server.
Setup ends prematurely as it informs in setup wizard.
How to fix that?

Ascomm,
Could you please try installing again, but now with logging enabled (msiexec.exe /i "Immidio Flex Profiles 7.msi" /l*vx ascomm.log) and then email the ascomm.log log file to support at immidio.com?

It still won't install after I installed .NET 3.5. Same notification that says: "Immidio Flex Profiles 64bit Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error."
Did you get the log file I sent?

The problem solved. Installation went ok after the older version was uninstalled first.

Although we're of course happy to hear that your issue has been solved, this is not what's supposed to happen. The Flex Profiles 7.0.2 installer should just have updated the previous 6.1 install, so we're currently investigating what may have caused this.
For anyone else encountering this issue: please get in touch with support at immidio.com.
