We're setting pre-defined "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" keys. These keys are set by Flex Profiles, but when a user logs onto a machine no keys are touched. I've placed a script into the HKCU runkey that will also create a logfile with a timestamp. But when I logon I see that the key is placed in the HKCU Runkey, but no file with a timestamp is created on the HDD.
All the other user specified applications that are placed in the RUN of the HKCU are neither touched. It seems that Windows has already touched this key, and that Flex then placed all the keys.
Is this a known issue? Or how can I fix this?

Kim,
How are you running Flex Profiles at logon? Via the Flex Profiles Group Policy client-side extension or from a logon script?

We're running Flex Profiles through the GPO Extension.
All other functions with Flex seems to work correctly.

Kim,
What did you mean by your statement "All the other user specified applications that are placed in the RUN of the HKCU are neither touched"? Do you mean that the "normal" run key entries (i.e. not the one you're putting there through a predefined setting) also don't work?
Also, is the "Always wait for the network at computer startup and logon" computer group policy enabled?

I wrote "All the other user specified applications that are placed in the RUN of the HKCU are neither touched" to make clear that it's not only the script that I've placed in this key through Flex. But every entry that is placed through Flex in this key isn't touched by the OS at the logon.
Also the "Always wait for the network at computer startup and logon" Computer Policy is enabled
These are the settings of Flex Profiles:
Certificate support mandatory profiles = Enabled Flex Config Files = Enabled Central location of Flex Config Files: UNC Path Process folder recursively checked Run FlexEngine as Group Policy Extension = Enabled FlexEngine Logging = Enabled Path and name of log file: %Homeshare% LogLevel : Warn Max log size = 0 Profile Archive backups = Enabled Location of storing user profile archive backups: Homedrive (Drive letter) Hide backup folder = checked Number of backups per profile archive = 5 Profile Archives = Enabled Location for storing user profile archives: %homeshare%\inst\Flex\Acc Hide profile archive folder : Unchecked Compress profile Archives : Unchecked Retain File modification dates : Unchecked Show Flex Profiles logon and logoff progress information = Enabled

Kim,
Can you send the following to support [at] immidio.com? - The predefined settings archive that you are using. - A FlexEngine log file at DEBUG level, containing information for both logon and logoff.
