dear all
firstly i do not profess to know anything about flex profiles but i have an urgent request
somewhere in the flex profile is a setting which is being stored that determines which exchange server the user gets when they login
we are moving to exch 2010 and i would like to point them to the new env but the only way i have been able to do this is overwriteprofile=yes
now this works but obviously settings are not maintained
if i specify append or no then they hit the old env
how do i get users over to the new env whilst maintaining their outlook settings, i.e. outlook address book
are there extra reg keys on the citrix server that i need to be aware of, i.e. this first run key?
help very much appreciated!

Nearly there now in terms of getting this to work. seems as though looking at answers on here regarding patching office with new MST etc is the way to go
But i will do that and send an email re: the whitepaper
